Delete account

You can permanently delete your HarvestED account and all content associated with it. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the HarvestED application

The fastest way to delete your account is through the HarvestED application:

1. Open HarvestED and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Account settings.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Enter your current password and confirm deletion.

After successful confirmation, your account and associated content are permanently deleted immediately.

Request deletion without the application

If you no longer have access to the HarvestED application or cannot sign in, you can request account deletion by email.

Send your request to harvested.app@gmail.com from the email address associated with your HarvestED account.

Please include:

• the subject line HarvestED account deletion;
• your HarvestED username;
• the email address associated with your account.

Do not include your password. We may contact you using the email address associated with your account to verify that you are the account owner.

Once account ownership has been verified, the account and associated content will be permanently deleted. You will receive an email confirmation after the deletion has been completed.

What will be deleted

Deleting your HarvestED account permanently removes:

• your account and profile information;
• your diaries and all diary records;
• photographs and other diary attachments;
• messages;
• comments;
• forum posts and replies;
• reactions and other community activity associated with your account;
• all other user-generated content created through the Service.

Deleted accounts and user-generated content cannot be restored.

Limited records that may be retained

Limited support, moderation, security, and server records that are not user-generated content may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, protect users, maintain security, or resolve disputes.
