Where can I find my password recovery code?

Your password recovery code is in the recovery email sent to the email address associated with your HarvestED account.

Request the email from Forgot password? on Log in. Enter your account email and tap RESET PASSWORD.

Open that email and enter its four-digit PIN on the password recovery screen. Your username and phone number are not substitutes for the account email in this step.

If you cannot find the code, check which email address you entered. Never send the recovery PIN to another person.
