Why are there no notifications?

An empty Notifications view shows no cards for the selection currently displayed.

1. Check which period is selected.

2. Switch between Today, Week, and 30 Days to review another period.

If you expected a specific alert and still cannot find it, tell support the alert you expected, its approximate date, and your app version. An empty in-app view alone does not explain why a push notification did not reach your phone.
