Why can't I upload a photo?

Check the error message, the selected picture, and the access your phone has granted when a photo cannot be uploaded.

If HarvestED displays a file-format error, use one of the formats named in that error.

If the camera or picker cannot access the picture, review HarvestED’s permissions in Android settings. Settings and permission options differ by device and Android version.

If the problem continues, send support the app version, phone model, file type, and exact error. Do not delete your original picture as a troubleshooting step.
